  • Your guide meets you at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfers you to your hotel in Arusha. The rest of the day is yours - settle in, decompress from the flight, and prepare for an early start tomorrow.

    Accommodation: The African Tulip, Arusha

    Meals: Breakfast

  • After breakfast, you head south to Tarangire - a rugged, baobab-studded landscape home to some of the largest elephant herds in East Africa. You spend the full day on a game drive with a picnic lunch in the park, before heading to your lodge for the evening.

Accommodation: Korongo Luxury Camp (or Sangaiwe Tented Lodge / Safari View Luxury Camp)

    Meals: Full board

  • A long but rewarding driving day. You leave Tarangire and head west through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and down onto the Serengeti plains. Game viewing begins the moment you enter the park - your guide will read the landscape and stop wherever the wildlife dictates. You arrive at your camp in time for sunset.

Accommodation: Tukaone Serengeti Camp (or Serengeti Sound of Nature / Canopy Wilderness Camp)

    Meals: Full board

  • A final morning game drive in the Serengeti before you head east towards the Ngorongoro Highlands. The landscape shifts dramatically - from open savannah to rolling green hills, acacia forest, and crater rim views. You arrive at your lodge on the crater's edge in the late afternoon, with the caldera stretching out below you.

Accommodation: Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge (or Kankari Lodge / Country Lodge)

    Meals: Full board

  • An early descent into the crater for a full morning of game viewing. The Ngorongoro Crater is a self-contained ecosystem - one of the few places in Tanzania where you have a realistic chance of seeing black rhino alongside lion, elephant, and buffalo. After a picnic lunch on the crater floor, you ascend and transfer back to Arusha for your onward flight - or continue to Zanzibar.
